How do I sign in to My Account? +
Use the email address from your purchase. We will send a secure Magic Link to your inbox, so no password is required. After signing in, you can view your purchases, license keys, and available downloads in My Account.
I used a different email address at checkout. Can I still access my product? +
Purchases are matched to the email address used for the order. Sign in with that address. If you no longer have access to it, contact contact@qlaudio.com with your order details.

Where can I find my license key? +
Your license key is shown in My Account and is also sent in your license delivery email. Keep it private and do not share it with others.
How do I redeem a QLAUDIO code? +
Sign in to My Account, enter your one-time redeem code in the Redeem Code section, and the product will be added to your library. A redeemed, expired, or blocked code cannot be used again.

Currently, QLAUDIO products are sold as Perpetual (Lifetime) Licenses. A single purchase grants you unlimited rights to use the product forever. There are no monthly fees or hidden subscriptions.
How many computers can I install the product on? +
We do not strictly limit installation on your own personal devices. However, installing on public or shared computers, such as classrooms or rental studios, is prohibited. Sharing your license key, unauthorized distribution, resale, or uploading installation files to the internet is strictly forbidden.
Do you offer refunds? +
